When will your package arrive?

In your account you can see where your order is. We, our partners and our delivery staff do everything we can to meet the promised delivery time. We will email you as soon as that fails.

Should your package have already been delivered?

We may not deliver everything at the same time. Partners often send their articles themselves and you will receive them separately from likeera.org articles. Check the current status of the order in your account . Also check whether the neighbors have accepted your package. Is it still not correct? Please contact us via our chatbot:

No track & trace?

For some items we cannot show a track & trace code because the package was sent without a label. Check your account for the latest status of your package.

Received the wrong item?

  1. Register the item for return in your account.

    Register the item that you actually ordered, but did not receive, as a return .
  2. Send the article

    So send the item you did not order.
  3. Order the correct item yourself (again) and you will receive it the fastest.

Received an unexpected package

Have you received something even though you had not ordered anything? There could be several things going on:
Not addressed to you?
Then something went wrong, it is best to contact customer service.

Addressed to you, without payment instructions?
Then it is probably a gift. If the item is wrapped in gift paper, you may also have received a personal message. You do not have to do anything.
Addressed to you, with payment instructions?

Then it concerns an incorrect order. To avoid payment reminders, please return the order.

Deliver it for free to a PostNL parcel point, or send it by letter. You do not have to report it back. Please keep your shipping receipt so we can track your item if something goes wrong.

When ordering you will see the delivery options for each item. Do you choose ‘delivered today’ or ‘collect today’? You will then see for each item the time you need to order. Some services do not apply to certain postcode areas. Select members do not pay additional shipping costs for these options.

Orders from likeera.org sales partners come from other distribution centers and can therefore be in multiple boxes. We try to ship as many items as possible in one go to reduce our ecological impact. Check your account to see if this was successful with your order. If everything cannot be delivered quickly, you can opt for free individual shipping.

Deliver to a PO Box address

You can have many items delivered to a PO box address. Exceptions are:

  • articles from likeera.org partners
  • major household appliances
  • items heavier than 12 kilos

Rules of the game

Order a new electrical appliance (with likeera.org as the seller) and give the old one for free. The collection is final and your device will be processed in an environmentally friendly manner and in accordance with legal regulations.

  1. The new device must not be larger or smaller than the old device
  2. The package will only be taken if there is space in the delivery person’s van
  3. Create a label via uw.postnl.nl/verzend . (Choose ‘Package’, destination country ‘Netherlands’ and size ‘0-23 kg’)
  4. Address details: likeera.org E-waste, Answer number 2002, 2130RH Hoofddorp
  5. Stick the label on the box
  6. Leave the package ready at the front door
Large household (washing machines, refrigerators, etc.)
  • is disconnected from electricity, gas or water
  • is empty and thawed
  • no longer contains water
TV
  • Televisions up to 43 inches come in sturdy packaging
Small electrical appliance
  • comes in sturdy packaging
  • is empty and clean, freed from liquids and grease
  • loose parts are well packed and secured
  • is smaller than 175 x 78 x 58 cm
  • weighs less than 30 kilos
